TUFF WINCH Full Kits include Australian made wiring looms that are made with tinned marine grade oxygen free cable, tinned copper lugs as well as epoxy filled heat shrink. These looms are ready to go right out the box for you to install, saving you hours of headaches during the installation process.

Anodised Worm Drive Gearbox with stainless steel hub and fixtures (marine graded + oversized). Will stand the test of time against any salt water conditions.
Powerful IP66 Epoxy-coated 1500w 4 brush DC Motor compliant with the International Protection Regulation Certified IEC/EN 60529 (marine graded + oversized). We don’t use aluminum “protection” sleeves as they are prone to water ingress issues, our motors are designed to get wet!
Complete rounded transmissions expertly designed for easy and compact installations.

Designed with precision engineering and built to last, the TUFF-240 suits boats up to 7.5 meters with a holding capacity of up to 3000 kgs and can be mounted in 16 different positions making them versatile for many applications. Holds up to 90m of 8mm double braid nylon rope + 6m of galvanized chain. All Drum Anchoring systems require wiring to operate. TUFF WINCH can be operated from your boat’s main battery supply or a dual-battery supply setup, whatever you prefer!

The installation process for the TUFF WINCH is designed to be simple and efficient for Australian boaters.
