When you're anchoring a bigger boat with passengers on board, "she'll be right" isn't good enough. A dragging anchor in the night or during a tide change is the kind of thing that turns a great trip into a memorable one for the wrong reasons.

The Super SARCA No. 3 is engineered to remove that risk. The rear roll-over hoop gets the anchor right-side-up and biting the moment it contacts the seabed. The pumping action of the design drives the toe progressively deeper as load builds, so the anchor sets harder the more it's loaded. You get a certified Super High Holding Power result across sand, mud, rock, and reef.

As the tide changes or the wind swings around, the No. 3 pivots through a full 360 degrees within the seabed rather than being pulled free. That means no midnight breakouts, no scrambling on the foredeck in the dark, and no explaining to everyone on board why the boat has moved.

When it's time to leave, the trip-release mechanism takes the stress out of retrieval even from rocky ground. If the anchor snags, you motor forward and the slotted shank reverses the pull angle to back it out cleanly. The anchor then resets itself automatically for the next deployment.

The convex fluke profile sheds mud cleanly as the anchor is retrieved, so you're not dragging a load of muck up onto the deck. With no lead in the construction, there's nothing harmful going into the water with it. Made in Australia from hot-dip galvanised mild steel, the No. 3 is built to take hard use in salt water and keep going.
